Orso Swimbaits
Unveiled at the Bass A Thon was Orso’s 16 inch Split-Tail, truly a big bait for big fish. “Drop the fairy wand and pick up the big stick”. Couldn’t have said it better boys!
Revenge Baits
Ray Moughalian of Revenge Baits has produced another winner for the 2009 season. The Revenge swimming jig, the “Vibrinator” features the same extreme detail in the leadhead that all Revenge baits incorporate. The unique blade puts off an incredible amount of vibration that calls fish from a distance and allows them to hone in on the bait in dirty water or low light conditions.
Skinny Bear Bass Jigs
Loren Serda of Skinny Bear shows off the newest addition to the already proven Skinny Bear lineup; the Mop. With a ½ oz head and 6/0 hook, this jig features a big profile. This truly is a big fish jig and should garner some serious interest from big fish feeding on bigger crawdads.
Also new for 2009 is a ½ oz. version of the Skinny Bear Signature Bass Jigs, which were previously only available in ¼. oz and 3/8 oz. Skinny Bear jigs are hand tied with attention to detail using only the finest components, do yourself a favor and try them if you haven’t already.
Swimbait Incorporated
Here is a sneak peak at some of the upcoming products soon to be available from Bill Egan of Swimbait Incorporated. These hard baits feature a very realistic photo type finish that matches the patterns of forage fish exactly. They should prove very effective in clear water and heavily pressured systems.
