We certainly do and many times that means one great movie is followed with a sequel. In fishing a great bait sometimes is followed up with another great one in the same genre of products that is equally effective. It may even be better!
Here at Wired2Fish we love having the inside scoop but we couldn’t keep this news to ourselves. We wanted Wired2Fish readers to have the first look at a few of the new baits in the Berkley line-up. We’ll start with the Hollow Belly Flippin’ Tube.
Berkley has given Wired2Fish a sneak peak at their new baits for 2009 and the line-up looks MARVOLOUS!
The hit of 2008 was the Berkley Hollow Belly. Demand for it remains hot and new for 2009 is the 5 1/2 inch Hollow Belly Flippin Tube. Life-like Eyes, hollow body perfect for lead heads and rattles and action packed tentacles combined with a clear coat finish and soft texture makes this an excellent spawn and post spawn bait.
The color selection also looks spectacular with green pumpkin, Ayu, Firetiger, hitch, and blueback herring to name a few.
Rigged Texas style or with a lead head this bait can be used for flipping heavy cover and bushes too. This bait is perfect for a 5/0 or 6/0 hook.
2009 will be a great year……Berkley is making it so!!
