First of four Southeast Division events to take place Feb. 28 on Lake Okeechobee

image-1The first National Guard FLW College Fishing event of the circuit’s Southeast Division will take place Feb. 28 at Lake Okeechobee in Clewiston, Fla.


Takeoff will commence at 7 a.m. Central time on Saturday, Feb. 28, from Roland & Mary Ann Martin’s Marina & Resort, located at 920 E. Del Monte Ave. in Clewiston, Fla. The weigh-in will take place at the same location, beginning at 3 p.m.

National Guard FLW College Fishing is the country’s largest tournament fishing competition for college bass clubs, where college clubs compete for lucrative scholarships and prizes and a chance to compete in the $2.5 million Forrest Wood Cup in 2010.
