Larry Rencken, current Vice President and General Manager will be retiring in April to spend more time with his wife of 37 years and continue his lifelong passion for hunting and fishing after successfully leading Duckett Fishing since 2018.

Duckett Fishing also announced today that industry veteran Chris Russell will be joining the team and taking over as Vice President, General Manager of operations at the headquarters in Guntersville Alabama. Russell is a recognized leader with a career spanning more than 2 decades that showcases a proven track record of enhancing category leading brands in the outdoor industry.
